FAQs for the Mentorship Program
Can anyone be a mentor?
Generally, only people who are subscribed to our membership plan can be a mentor or mentee. But we also have ambassadors and other top level exec join as just mentors.
How many hours do I have to commit to?
The commitment is flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule. Typically, each pairing will have 5 sessions allotted, which can be done bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your agreement with the mentee.
Will I have to work weekends?
No, the mentorship program is designed to fit around your existing commitments, so you can choose times that work best for you and your mentee.
Can I mentor more than one person at a time?
Yes, you can mentor multiple individuals if you feel comfortable managing the additional commitment.
What if I don't get on with my mentee?
If you encounter any issues with your mentee, you can reach out to the Community Manager for support and guidance.
How will the communication side of things work?
Communication can be done through various channels, including online meetings, emails, and phone calls, depending on what works best for both you and your mentee.
Can I be a mentor and mentee?
