Log into your Customer Success Collective membership or certification in a few swift clicks.

Accessing your Membership

  1. Head to the membership login portal: https://www.customersuccesscollective.com/signin/

  2. Enter your email address, no password needed.

  3. You’ll receive a secure login link via email. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

  4. Once logged in, please bookmark the page, as this will keep you logged in at all times and save you from needing to log in each time.

Accessing your certifications

  1. If you purchased an individual certification or are a Pro+ member seeking to access your certifications, you can log back in here: https://learn.customersuccesscollective.com/start

  2. Sign in using your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ - please ensure you’re using the same email address that your membership is under. If you experience any issues please reach out to Support@pmmalliance.com, and we can reset it for you.

  1. Once signed in, you’ll have access to your certifications on a page that looks similar to the below.
