Where can I find my last invoice/receipt for my purchase?

If you need a copy of your receipt or latest invoice, or a VAT receipt, the first step is to check your dashboard directly on The Alliance ⭕️ platform. Log into your account and navigate to the Dashboard section to verify if the document required is available for download. If it isn’t, please reach out to our support team at: support@pmmalliance.com or via the Customer Success Collective Website Messenger button located at the bottom right of your screen.


Steps to Retrieve Your Invoice or VAT Receipt

  1. Log into Your Account: Access your account on The Alliance ⭕️ platform.

  2. Look for Billing or Invoices Section: Navigate to the billing section or transaction history, often labeled as "Invoices" or "Payments," and verify if the document is available for download.

Please use the email address your payment was made with, and we’ll be able to send this to you. To help us process your request smoothly, please include the following details: If the document required includes VAT information, ensure your billing profile is updated with full details such as your company name, address, and VAT registration number to assist in generating accurate VAT-compatible receipts.

Common Issues

  • Invoice Not Found: Ensure that the transaction successfully completed and was processed.

  • Wrong Details on Receipt: Update your billing profile and request a reissue from our support team.

  • Registered email address

  • Transaction ID or payment details (if available)

  • Membership or subscription type (e.g., Pro membership)

  • Company name, address, and VAT registration number (if applicable)
